This 3 story beachfront villa, has nothing but sand between you and the water. Breathtaking views.

A big wooden front door swings open and invites you into the foyer, immediately you catch a full view of the ocean, stop, take a minute to enjoy its beauty and in we go…

On the bottom floor we have an open plan lounge with an indoor braai, huge dining table & couch for the whole family.  This living space is connected to the kitchen and the entire area allows you a full view of the ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you may need; 5 plate gas stove, oven, microwave, espresso bean coffee machine, double door fridge and more. 

A large stack folding door opens onto the deck and the fresh ocean air is yours to delight in. 

On the first floor, you’ll find a little office nook for the professional traveler, two bedroom, both with extra length Queen size beds, both rooms with en-suite bathroom.

Towards the back of the first floor you’ll find a laundry with a balcony for hanging up washing, washing machine and dryer are included. As you move further to the back of the houses, on this floor you’ll find the 3rd bedroom, with two single beds and the en-suite bathroom and a large private balcony. 

Up another flight of stairs to the top ‘penthouse’ level you’ll find a small kitchenette and open plan lounge area.  The kitchen is equipped with a 4-plate gas stove, oven and under counter fridge and Nespresso machine. 

The master bedroom is also on this level, it comes with a Queen size bed, & en-suite bathroom. 

On this level is a little artsy nook with a futon couch that’ll sleep 2 should you be 10 people.  This area opens to a large east facing balcony, with a staircase that takes you up onto the roof to a full 360 view of the ocean, dunes and all of Longbeach. 

The house has a double garage, that opens into the house alongside the front door.
